A boat with a housing compartment is called a houseboat or barge. A pontoon boat is a flat-bottomed boat that serves as a dock or as a floating structure to support a bridge. i replaced my Boat Steering Cable and it worked great for a while but the steering wheel started to skip and gets locked up and now the motor is stuck turning right and and it wont turn left anymore
